SWBC Payroll + HR announced the addition of Brad Napp as Business Consultant Executive, further strengthening the organization’s presence in the greater Austin area and reinforcing its commitment to supporting growing businesses across Central Texas.

In his role, Napp will focus on building and expanding client relationships throughout Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Taylor, Hutto, Pflugerville, Kyle, Lakeway, and Leander. He will work closely with business owners and leadership teams to deliver strategic payroll, human resources, and compliance solutions aligned with each organization’s operational goals and long‑term growth plans.
