SWBC Real Estate Purchases Land in Celina for Multi-Family Development

SAN ANTONIO/DALLAS (June 9, 2021) – SWBC Real Estate, LLC, announced that it recently purchased nearly 24 acres in Celina, Texas, for the development of a two-phase, 540-unit Class A multi-family property. The properties will be located at the intersection of Legacy Drive and Frontier Parkway situated just to the west of the Dallas North Tollway in northern Dallas-Fort Worth.
The Royalton at Creeks of Legacy™ will be the name of the first-phase of the property, which will be comprised of 270 units, constructed of stucco and brick veneer exteriors. The average size unit will be 900 square feet with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Stylish interior features include hardwood-style flooring and granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, a stainless steel designer appliance package, built-in wine racks, generous walk-in closets and storage, and washer/dryer hook-ups. A portion of first-floor units will also have private yards and direct access garages. Tenants will also enjoy a first-class clubhouse with a resort-style pool, sunning decks, and Wi-Fi capability; outdoor gathering areas and grills; a state-of-the-art fitness center; and a dog park.
