The Tobin Center is a non-profit organization with a 26-member Board of Directors, approximately 37 full-time employees, 37 part-time employees, and more than 268 volunteers. Their biggest challenges that required the assistance of a PEO were the need for payroll and HR administration support, and the cost of benefits for their employees.
