SWBC Professional Employer Organization (PEO) helps businesses of all sizes solve problems and issues in the areas of human resources, workers’ compensation, risk management, employee benefits, and payroll administration. Our goal is to increase a business’ profitability, raise employee productivity, reduce time spent on transactional HR activities, reduce employment-related liability, and ultimately, lower your business’ labor costs. 

According to noted economists, Laurie Bassi and Dan McMurrer, businesses that utilize a PEO tend to grow seven to nine percent faster, have 10 to 14% lower employee turnover rates, and are 50% less likely to go out of business.

SWBC PEOHistory

SWBC PEO was founded by its parent company, SWBC, in December, 2010. In January of 2011, SWBC PEO acquired Brumley Professional Employer Services, a PEO that had been founded by Wallace Brumley in 2000. At the time of the acquisition, almost the entire Brumley staff chose to join SWBC PEO. So, too, did almost every Brumley client company.

Following the same principles exposed by the owners of SWBC, Charlie Amato and Gary Dudley, of providing excellent customer service and putting the needs of our clients first – SWBC PEO has grown substantially in the ensuing years – both by way of our internal staff and also with respect to the number of clients we serve throughout Texas.

SWBC PEO has also steadily increased its technology offering for our clients, making sure they have access to a completely integrated HR platform that benefits each client’s management team as well as their worksite employees.

SWBC PEO’s vision is to continue to be recognized as a PEO that is well-staffed, has the latest technology offerings for our clients, as well the accreditations that demonstrate that we truly are a trusted business resource for business owners and their employees.

Benefit Administration

Our account managers are ready to handle the cumbersome administrative tasks of medical, dental, vision, and other insurance coverages. We also help you with managing premium payments, eligibility, COBRA, and other important tasks—leaving more time for you to focus on other important day-to-day business operations.

Risk and Safety

We care about safety in the workplace and currently offer a workers’ compensation policy through Texas Mutual, which is supported by our in-house claims management team. We also offer customizable safety training programs because when it comes to risk management in the workplace, we’re on top of it!

Payroll

Our payroll team provides custom solutions to your most complex payroll and time and attendance needs, ensuring your employees are always paid on time and accurately.
