SWBC Real Estate Purchase Land in Buda for Multi-Family Development
SAN ANTONIO/DALLAS (February 20, 2019) – SWBC Real Estate, LLC, announced that it recently purchased 16.6 acres of land located in Buda, Texas, for the development of The Royalton at Sunfield™ – a new 300-unit Class A multi-family property. The Royalton at Sunfield will be situated one mile east of Interstate 35, on Main Street, adjacent to the north entrance of the new Sunfield residential master-planned community.
The Royalton at Sunfield will be comprised of three-story apartment buildings, constructed of stucco and brick veneer exteriors. The average size unit will be 908 square feet with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Stylish interior features include hardwood-style floor and granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, a stainless steel designer appliance package, built-in wine racks, generous walk-in closets and storage, and washer/dryer hook-ups. A portion of first-floor units will also have private yards and direct access garages. SWBC Real Estate plans to begin construction in May 2019. The proposed total construction time from start to finish is 20 months. The architect for the project is Cross Architects, and the engineering firm is Kimley Horn.
